1. RESCHEDULING

If Client would like to reschedule, 48 hours notice before the session is needed. If Non Refundable Retainer was collected, it will be held and applied to the rescheduled session. If you cancel your session within 48 hours of your appointment time, you lose your retainer. Photographer maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. at no additional costs to the Client *

2. RE-SHOOTS

Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of Photographer. In the unlikely event that Client happen to be completely dissatisfied, photographer might consider to do the reshoot at discounted price *

3. WEATHER

If the session which is held outside is not possible due to the weather, session will be on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge *

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Every effort is made to protect digital files and images from your session. In the unlikely event of damage, loss or destroyed within or beyond Photographer’s control, the liability of Photographer will be limited to the refund of all money paid or a re-shoot can be scheduled at no additional cost.

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business *

5. COPYRIGHT

Negatives remain the property of OksanART Photography. All images are copyrighted by photographer and it is illegal to scan copy or reproduce her work in any manner or medium without permission.

With each product you purchase, you will receive digital files with printing release, as well as images with watermark in lower resolution for use on the web. Please leave the watermark on the photos when sharing. This is for Client’s protection as well as Photographer’s. Images posted online without watermarks are easily stoled and even might be used inappropriately *

6. OTHER

Usage of your own camera or any other recording devise including cell phone is not allowed during session.

OksanART Photography respects the privacy of each client and understands that it is very personal. We will not share images online or in print without your permission *

7. COVID-19 GUIDELINES

We ask that we keep our communication mutually honest. If you or we know that we have been recently exposed to any one with COVID-19, we must speak up and cancel/reschedule our appointment. If you are experiencing any flu/cold symptoms prior to our appointment, we ask you cancel/reschedule with me. There will be no extra charge to your cancelation.

All clients will be required to wash their hands and sanitize prior to sitting in Make up artist chair, if such service is requested beforehand. Makeup Artist will be washing her hands for at least 30 seconds or more before a service. She will always be wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including a face covering and gloves. She will glam you up and will be assisting photographer during the photoshoot.

Photographer will be wearing a face covering and keeping the distance.

There will be separate bathrooms provided for Clients, MUA and Photographer and they will be very well cleaned before your arrival, as well as everything around the studio.

With safety in mind no snacks or drinks (except bottled water) will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own, if you think that you might get hungry.

If we feel like the health and safety of anyone involved is compromised, we reserve the right to refuse any services being provided.

Covid-19 Liability Waiver has to be signed before the session. *
