1. RESCHEDULING

If Client would like to reschedule, 24 hours notice before the session is needed. If Non Refundable Retainer was collected, it will be held and applied to the rescheduled session. If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your appointment time, you lose your retainer. Photographer maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. at no additional costs to the Client.

2. RE-SHOOTS

Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of Photographer. In the unlikely event that Client happen to be completely dissatisfied, photographer might consider to do the reshoot at discounted price.

3. WEATHER

If the session which is held outside is not possible due to the weather, session will be on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Every effort is made to protect digital files and images from your session. In the unlikely event of damage, loss or destroyed within or beyond Photographer’s control, the liability of Photographer will be limited to the refund of all money paid or a re-shoot can be scheduled at no additional cost.

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

5. COPYRIGHT

Negatives remain the property of OksanART Photography. All images are copyrighted by photographer and it is illegal to scan copy or reproduce her work in any manner or medium without permission.

With each product you purchase, you will receive digital files with printing release, as well as images with watermark in lower resolution for use on the web. Please leave the watermark on the photos when sharing. This is for Client’s protection as well as Photographer’s. Images posted online without watermarks are easily stoled and even might be used inappropriately.

6. PAYMENT

Full payment for a package chosen is due at the beginning of the session. It can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Checks or Cash. All sales are subject to 8.0% Sales Tax. Additional products can be purchased after the session, during viewing.

7. ORDERING

After the session Photographer will handpick minimum of 35 session’s best images for you to choose from. Each image might be just slightly post-processed or some might be fully retouched. All ordered images would be fully retouched. Image viewing will happened at a mutually agreed upon location (usually OksanART studio) and time (usually 5-7 days after the session). The printing products are usually delivered within 2-3weeks of placing the order, however specialty or large orders can take up to 6 weeks. If you need a rush order, please ask and we will see what we can do.

Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final. Client must be absolutely sure of their purchase prior to the end of your ordering session.

6. OTHER

Usage of your own camera or any other recording devise including cell phone is not allowed during session.

If you are planing to bring somebody with you to the session, Photographer has to be notified beforehand. We would prefer no man to be present during your boudoir session unless he is a part of it. If you need support, please consider a female friend or relative.

Before the photo session you will be asked to sign a model release as well as privacy agreement, which protects your privacy as a customer.
